The measuring instrument are mostly used
in the automobile industry to verify condition
of bearing and to make characteristics
diagrams of springs or other force related
information's. A typical application is for
security testing of throttle houses.
Presentation
Friction is shown graphically on computer
screen.
Spring characteristics are shown on computer
screen.
Terminal value of the potentiometer is given
as a percentage of total value.
Adjustments
Pre-selected maximum/minimum values for
friction and spring characteristics are easily
saved and/or loaded in special definition
files
Alarm/Warning
If the pre-selected limits or values are
exceeded the item is not passed and a warning
signal is issued.
Approval
Approval can be indicated by the mechanical
creation of a mark on the throttle - house
and/or by sending a report file into our
quality assurance system PDSO1. |
